The GNO!!!!

What else could I have more than triple fun in a triple day holiday? It is Ganeshotsav and I've just come out of 3 days full of fun. It's such a long time since I've stepped out of Tarapur as I am always busy attending tution the whole week, not even excluding Sunday. I am kind of shouldering a lot of pressure and am getting a pretty tough time at school. But thanks to Ganpati Bappa, I got 3 days free. This time I visited my cousin's place, Thane. Well, she's my third cousin. that is ..... My grandfather's mother's brother's daughter's son's daughter. We are long related sisters but the most closest. We always have a great time together since our tastes match so much. But it's probably the first time I had so much fun (and of course been so naughty). Just as I entered in, we both started over. We started chatting about barbies, school, our favorite shows and finally ended with spooky stories. And her spooky stories are really amusing. I'll just narrate the one about the big tree opposite to her sit out. She began,"25 years ago, a man was killed and thrown over the branches of this tree. But this was the time when our apartment was still under construction. Every night, still if you are awake at 12 o clock, you could hear noises and a man standing over there with an axe and blood smeared all over his face. And 10 years ago, at 12 am our watchman heard some noises from this tree. He heard something fall down from it and rushed over there . But then he disappeared that night. The next day morning, people saw something hanging from the tree. And it was the watchman, lying unconscious." She scared the hell out of me and then laughed and said the it was just a joke. It was really cool. And then we played kitchen champion. After our mummies had vacated out the kitchen, we started making baked stuff potatoes on microwave. That's the pic above. It's the first time I've cooked something on microwave. It was more of eating more than cooking. Half of the gravy went in our tummies. We took nearly one and a half hours and finally ended up with a yummy snack. And coming to the scores we got a ten on ten score. But when we were just sitting bored in the evening, we got an "Eureka" idea. Now what else could be better than a MIDNIGHT FEAST watching Jonas on Disney???? Well, we both adore the show and it was telecasted only at 12 am. So we shopped for our goodies and went out for dinner with our mummies. Stupendous, wasn't it?? A super duper dinner with noodles and manchao soup. For the midnight feast, we got huge packets of kurkure, hippo, frooti and orbit. We began at ten and ended up at 1: 30 in the morning. But unfortunately missed Jonas as Disney was showing Champions League. We were frustrated but then we saw "Charlie's Angles final throttle" and went to bed. I still cannot remember a day when I've done so much altogether. It's because we both love being together and we're best buddies!!!!!!

My pink world

I was just thinking of typing out something latest but thanks to my forgetfulness, I ended up giving a new look to my blog. The old template just made me feel sluggish and I kept on ignoring my blog. So, I made up my mind to add some colours and redecorate it just as I did to my room. I chose PINK , i.e, my all time favourite colour. I finished up with the font size, font colour, layout and finally ended up with a "TA TA DA!" before mom and dad. Mom nodded in agreement but dad, as usual had suggestions - "Why don't you rename your blog? Interesting me! You'll never stop thinking great about yourself, now would you?" "Er...... Maybe I will someday... ", I said.

It's my own flavor

A fresh new morning, a hot cup of energizing Bournvita, a cold bubble bath and the same old routine. At the beginning of the day, some say “Hope today turns out really productive” but most of the others say “Here comes another boring day…….” But, it’s rather unusual that such thoughts never seem to run through me. Why? Because that’s what I am. I am completely different or should I say ‘I turn out completely different.’ Like everyone else, even I get easily inspired by things and start with others’ styles but as I slowly reach towards the end, it turns out quite different. It becomes my own, my original. Well, what’s the use of the same worn and torn out ideas? But some people never seem to understand this. They feel lazy to try out something new. Like, for instance, at the library (the treasure house of every school), I am never found close to any particular locker. I keep on my wild hunt for something new, a book whose pages are very less flipped by, crisp and clear. In contrast to my versatility, my best friend wants to set up a record of finishing up the whole “Secret Seven” series. It’s not that she isn’t versatile but it is just that our categories differ. To try out something different, if we both exchange our shoes for a day, we both know what the consequences would be like. They would be a total mess and we’ll just end up in discomfort. It’s just that we need to be who we are. So, fill your own colours, set up you own musical theme, dance to your own beats, try out those new spices and begin a marathon for your dreams!

Yawns.....

My holidays went pretty well but as usual, I did nothing "productive", as mom calls it. I can see, as the days are passing , I am getting more and more moody. Like, one sunny afternoon, I take up my paint box in high spirits, but in a few minutes, I just forget everything and begin doodling out something on the paper, spilling paint all over. It's just that I've changed so much. And I can't help it. At the beginning of my hols, I was such a cheerful, sincere and fun loving girl who used to get up at 7.30 every morining, and get her hair plaited by her mom and now, I seem such an unruly girl who gets up not earlier than 10 am, doesn't step out of the house in the fresh air, watches tv the whole day, has put on a lot of weight and has got her hair look not more than a sparrow's nest. And YEAH! That's me. I feel ashamed of myself and even as I am typing all this, I wish I could knock some sense into myself. It's not that I am different from all other children of my age... But, it's not a good thing either. I tried to change a bit, in between and got mom to wake me up earlier and plait my hair. But after two days, she got bored of it and I turned over to my old lazy routine. I wish I could have been a bit more active during those days.... But now, there's no time to get active. I just feel the days getting shorter and shorter. It's like I get up , have my breakfast, study a bit, watch some tv and run off to tution. Then I come back and get a power nap, study, have dinner, update my diary and sleep off. This was all about routine that has finally got fixed up but I need to become the cheerful "me" again :)

boooooooooooo......

Ah... it seems really really long ago that I wrote my last blog post. It gives a nice view of my lazyness and it gives a glimpse of how busy I am. Well, my hols have begun again. You may feel queer about it as its just what I wrote in my last post. Well, this month went pretty bad and unlucky for me except that I topped in my tution in the soo hard test that our Madam gave us. Everything else went unlucky and I've begun doubting whether my brains are melting away. I don't want to talk about "those unlucky things" as they may spoil my soo very good mood. I've just returned from a walk with my friend. We had a nice time walking and talking about Winx Club. But its rather unusual as my spirits are at a low ebb, nowadays. I am practically bored; I don't like tv, I've lost interest in alomost everything. I wanted to cheer myself up, I felt I needed some fresh air. So, I stayed up till 8 at the park and chatted with my friend. You know , now it seems that that are limited things that you can do. I want to do something really unusual and really interesting.. any ideas???
